Steven is a lovely bloke who came to us within 20-25 minutes and solved our issue immediately with no damage done to the property. A very fair price for the job and on a bank holiday as well. Would definitely recommend it!

I found Alex on Google as we wanted to shop locally. He responded quickly and was good at keeping me up to date on his ETA. Although he couldn’t fully repair the issue with my door (as it was old & my door needed further parts) he improved the lock mechanism and explained how we can troubleshoot it. He made sure we were happy before he left. Nice guy.
